The Webley Nemesis X air rifle is based on the popular Nemesis pistol. It shares many of the pistol’s individualistic features, blending them together into a full-length rifle format.
The Nemesis X air rifle is available as a gun only, or as a Combo Pack. The Combo ships with a Webley 3-9 x 40 Scope, Picatinny mounts and QGS 4 Moderator – everything you need right out of the box, says the manufacturer.
The Nemesis X air rifle uses the innovative tandem self-indexing magazine system first seen in the Nemesis pistol. This offers a capacity of 2 x 7 shots in .177 . That’s 2 x 6 shots in .22 cal.
A single shot tray is also included.
Power is provided by one 88/90 Gram CO2 cartridge. This offers a larger number of shots than can be obtained from the 12 Gram CO2 cartridge used in the pistol. Its location differs, too. In the pistol the CO2 cartridge is in the forend, under the barrel. For the rifle, the larger cartridge is located inside the stock.
Like the pistol version, the Nemesis X air rifle is fully ambidextrous. The bolt handle can be located on either the left or right side of the receiver. It’s easily changed by the owner.
The manufacturer tells HAM that this air rifle is designed to be comfortable, balanced and versatile as well as pleasing to the eye.
The rifled steel barrel is capped with a 1/2-Inch UNF thread, suitable for mounting a silencer where legal.
